terms of service

short version: this is a public record about sticker sets and the tokens people attach to them. it is not financial advice, it never holds your money, and the art belongs to the artists.

what stickercap is

  • a provenance record: who created a telegram sticker set, when, and what tokens or collections have been attached to it, with scoring methodologies published in full on the rubric.
  • lore, composite and glim gap are editorial signals marked β — experimental, revised over time, and never a reason to buy or sell anything. nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice.
  • market data comes from public third-party sources (dexscreener, tonapi, partner catalogs) and can be wrong, late, or gone. we display it; we don't warrant it.

money

  • no custody. we never hold your funds, keys, or seed phrases. wallet verification is a signature, not a deposit. payments for products (boosts, enhanced listings, launch services) are one-time on-chain transfers you make from your own wallet, and on-chain transfers are irreversible — check the memo and amount before sending.
  • paid placement is labeled. boosted rows are marked and never reorder the organic ranking. money never touches the lore index.
  • launch and escrow mechanics (creator shares, artist bounties) are enforced by public smart contracts; the flows and splits are documented on the docs page. swap links may carry an affiliate referral — disclosed in the link's tooltip; it never changes your price.

the art, and your conduct

  • sticker art belongs to its creators. the docket indexes facts about sets (ids, dates, ordinals) and renders previews the same way any telegram client does. if you own work shown here and want it addressed, use the report button on the set's page or tell @stickercapbot — a human reviews every report.
  • creator stories and suggestions are user submissions: no spam, no scams, no impersonation, nothing illegal. we hide abuse and revoke access for repeat offenders. we never edit your words — hide/unhide is the only moderation lever.
  • don't attack the service: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to bypass access controls, no vote manipulation. one human, one vote is the whole point.

the boring-but-binding part

  • the service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. to the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — for most users, zero.
  • crypto assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. you are responsible for your own decisions, your own keys, and your own tax obligations.
  • we can change these terms; material changes get announced on the site and the change lands in the changelog like everything else. using the docket after a change means you accept it.
  • questions: @stickercapbot. see also privacy.
